[blindLaw] Barriers in taking MPRE

It's true that liability rests with the NCBE, but remedies for NCBE's inaction are retroactive. I'd prefer a proactive solution if at all possible.

I hope you can come to a successful resolution to this. Also, I thought that and CBE approved accommodations? If they do, how can they not be responsible for this?
