[blindLaw] Gmail Forced Line Breaks?

Hello, all.

When writing emails, I and my friends notice that my emails are
received with lines of text cut to <100 characters per line or so
(forced line breaks). This effects paragraph deivisions and visually
does not look good. I use gmail's basic html feature, which is what I
think causes this. When I forward an email I sent, I notice these line
breaks as well. I an fix them, but they re-occur when I send. I am
told that the way my emails look when sent might dissuade some (even
employees from hiring me), or cause clients to look less favorably on
its contents (and generally have trouble reading it). The above is
supposed to be formatted as one paragraph.
Does anyone know how to fix it so sent emails are not
line-wrapped/look like that?
