[blindLaw] Barriers in taking MPRE

I rarely weigh in on these things but your relationship is not with Pierson. They are a subcontractor. I agree with Lauren. MCBE is responsible.
Don’t they know that there are lawyers looking at this?

I don’t understand how they could possibly not prepare your accommodations when I am pretty sure all someone has to do is enable a few settings for your specific exam and you timely submitted accommodation requests. I hope you can come to a successful resolution to this. Also, I thought that and CBE approved accommodations? If they do, how can they not be responsible for this?
