[blindLaw] Barriers in taking MPRE

All,

Writing with Syed's permission. He rescheduled the exam for November
because it turned out that due to an error on their parts, he was
never actually registered for the August administration. They offered
for him to take the August exam with some of his accommodations in
place, but not all, and the risk for what that would mean for his bar
accommodations down the road was too great. (State bar authorities
typically look to the MPRE to determine which accommodations to
provide on the bar.)

Warmth,
Sanho
