Hi John, 
I would strongly suggest you reach out to the accommodations team for the LSAT. They are really responsive and are a lot of help. I spoke with someone who is taking the LSAT, and they are still taking the test online. The software they use is accessible with jaws. When I took the online version of the LSAT, I had a reader as an accommodation, and it was during Covid, so I was told I had to provide a reader. Yes, completely illegal, I know.  I hope that this policy has changed and there are options for LSAC, to provide a reader to you in the event that you need it.  My best advice to you is to think about what has made you successful in your prep, and ask for those accommodations.
