[blindLaw] ACTION ALERT! Oppose California State Bar Proposal on Testing Accommodations

Hi everyone, the original note was shared for informational purposes only. The individual who forwarded it was sharing that this was an issue and that there was a call to action. The National Association of Blind Lawyers leadership and the National Federation of the Blind are still gathering information about what is happening in order to determine whether or not we will take an official position and whether or not we will recommend people sign on or not. We will keep you posted.

The proposed rules, if implemented, will make it even harder to obtain testing accommodations and be a step backward for disability access and inclusion.
