Associate Director, Legal Representation Projects 

The Associate Director for  <https://americanbar.us2.list-manage.com/track/click?u=548184a89cd99836da15f4848&id=353210a806&e=ab91b6a2b6> Legal Representation Projects will implement the vision for the ABA’s role in the parent representation movement in family and juvenile courts throughout the United States. This individual will also help to lead components of the Center’s work focused on child and youth representation as well as agency and tribal representation. The individual will work in multiple states to facilitate change efforts in legal and social services systems that affect parent, child, tribal, and family rights. The individual will manage an extensive grant portfolio, serve in executive leadership roles on the National Alliance for Parent Representation (NAPR) and the Family Justice Initiative (FJI), and assist in planning national conferences on parent representation and access to justice for children and families. Candidates should submit a resume and cover letter highlighting how they would contribute to this critical work at the Center. Lived experience related to child welfare or a connected field will be prioritized.
