Hello - hoping all are well.
Appologies in advance if this causes discomfort.
Does any here know, or can direct me, to good resources/instructors
about blind people safely and compotently using firearms, including
becoming conceal-carry certified?
This in addition to McWilliams' work (he has an ok book and wikipedia
page; I could not find his contact information).

I have some experience and wish to improve.
>From a legal aspect, some states even prevent legally blind
individuals from CC-applying (I believe DC and Florida); I wonder if
that remains legal?
Sincerely,
Seif
