I personally did not highlight/do many of those.
What was most helpful for mee was
for the multiple choice, sometimes reading the question before the
fact pattern, then the facts, then the choices;
for the essay, writing 3word or less phrases at the top of my answer
for something I wanted to remember while reading;
starring, in my answers, portions/questions I wanted to revisit (even
just putting aaaaaaaa so I could use the find command to find that
again);
etc.
