That was going to be my recommendation as well. I have never had this issue on either of the platforms you mentioned. However, I always use headphones. If for some reason that isn’t working, maybe a fair accommodation would be to use a separate computer to log into the voice conference and then use your computer for your notes and argument? With headphones of course. Last week I was in superior court here in North Carolina and just used my notes on my iPhone with an AirPod. That worked great, but I did have my laptop with me and available in case the judge had questions about the file that I did not anticipate. Luckily, it was smooth sailing.
