What kind of headphones and microphone are you using? If you’re using on/over-ears that are open-back, you may be leaking sound. You may have to use earbuds instead. also, if you are using the headphone mic, that could increase the leakage problem. I’d suggest using earbuds with no integrated mic, and then using your computer’s built-in microphone (presuming you have a notebook and not a desktop computer).

Happy to try to troubleshoot further if you can provide more technical details on your current computer/headphone/mic tech.

I have used the keystroke insert+space+v+arrow keys, but still that doesnot solve the problem. he court administrators keep muting me due to the noise that jaws makes. this prevents me from referencing my notes and arguing effectively.
