On July 24, at 11am Eastern, I will be making oral argument before the
Postal Regulatory Commission (the first oral argument in a complaint since
1999), in a case against USPS about domestic & international free mail of
items for the blind (and visually impaired and reading disabled). If I win,
it will dramatically expand the availablity of free mail, expand whom and
what it can be used for, expand what services can be used, expand how heavy
things can be sent, etc.
