[Blindmath] Optacon with math and more...

The KNFB Reader can only be used to scan maths handouts in so far as it can
only do what a standard scanner attached to a computer can do. You would
still need to get the maths in to some accessible form, so you would be
better off using a standard desktop and a solution such as Inftyreader. Just
stick to text for the KNFB Reader.

Subject: [Blindmath] Optacon with math and more...

Hi all,

Does anyone use the Optacon to read math. I've been considering parting with

mine, but if folks are finding it useful, I might change my mind.

Also, hope this doesn't sound silly, but can the KNFB reader be used to scan

math handouts?

Lori
