[Blindmath] Quoting MathBlind

Hi every body:

I am Enrique Garcia, I teach math and phys at the southeast of Mexico, in the 
last period we got one blind student in the Information Technology career. 
Since we do not have Braille books, and the translation is pretty much 
expensive in Mexico, we started to look for some tools. We are working with a 
couple of students on the implementation of one LaTeX to Braille translator.

We are working on the documentation (justify, design, planning, etc), can we 
quote some of the BlindMath email messages in order to build the context of 
the tools market?

Is there any body that need direct contact to have authorization to do it?

We will read the archives of BlindMath, in some days we will ask to clarify 
some questions.

We will appreciate any help and comments.
