(although I can't), but you may be better off writing to one of the Jaws
user's lists or contacting Freedom Scientific directly. Also ensure that
your student is running the latest version of Jaws (V10).

I've read some of the discussions regarding issues with Jaws & the newer
versions of Blackboard.  We have an older Version (8) of Blackboard.  My
blind student tells me he can read the professor's original posts, but can't
access the students' responses, nor post his own.  We've talked to the
Blackboard technicians who insist it must be a problem with the settings in
Jaws.  Our IT folks don't have any expertise with Jaws; I don't know what
questions to ask, and to whom.  Any suggestions?
