[Blindmath] producing Nemeth math as a blind person

At the risk of stating the obvious, Nemeth math is especially easy to enter
on a standard keyboard as North American ASCII Braille since many of its
associations are based on the Nemeth code.  If you are comfortable entering
the digits and special signs on the top row of a standard keyboard, that's
most of what you need.  DBT allows you to toggle back and forth between
six-key entry and standard entry when directly entering braille.
