Hi,

Thanks for responding.

Yes, there are some good examples of game trees given by Professor Eric Rasmusen. But no way of learning how to create the same.

I might also add that this book is a great  resource for studying Game Theory in Economics especially at intermediate and advanced level.
I will continue searching for a tutorial and get back to the list in case I find one.
