[Blindmath] creating accessible Math ML digital talking books

There are two math-enabled DAISY readers: EasyReader and gh Player. It is
only the latest version of EasyReader (version 4.xx) that reads the math
properly. I suspect that the problem is that an older version is being
used. You can check the .xml file that is produced by Save As DAISY to make
sure it has "<math>" tags for math in it to make sure the "save as" portion
worked ok.
JAWS won't read DAISY books -- you need Freedom Scientific's FSReader to
read a DAISY book, but I don't think that is math-aware. Send email to
Freedom Scientific telling them math support is important if you want to use
FSReader.
