[Blindmath] UMCL

Hello,
Recently I have heard a few comments (mainly from Neil Soiffer) about 
UMCL and what it can do, but when I look at the sourceforge page for it 
I can't find any files to download.

Question is, if there is any version of UMCL publicly available where is 
it? Also has anyone had experience with it, how well does it actually work?
