[Blindmath] Frustrations with InftyReader

Hi

I clear nearly all of the options, otherwise the LaTeX output is just a
mess. I think the only one I leave selected is \mathbf.

I've experimented with HRTeX, but it seemed to produce output with
newlines in the middle of words, which was very annoying.

I then cleared all the checkboxes related to text output because the commands like \medskip and \it were being inserted in places where they were not even in the original text. I subsequently cleared the checkboxes related to the math output because InftyReader thought all URLs required a \mathrm before every character.
