I couldn't find such a version. You could use wget or curl to download all of
the Web pages, but I would suggest asking first as some organizations object
strenuously (for copyright reasons and otherwise) to this practice.

NCAM are also involved in the W3C process, so there is a possibility that
elements of these guidelines will be integrated into W3C techniques documents
for the application of WCAG 2.0. These techniques documents, and publications
based on them, are where Web content authors acquainted with accessibility
issues tend to look for guidance, and with the proliferation of technical
material on the Web, this is a timely contribution.
