[Blindmath] Integral tables?

I frequently referenced Wikipedia's list of integrals at 
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lists_of_integrals while i was taking 
Calculus, although you might find it handy to take a few minutes and 
copy them all into a  format that'll be easier to quickly reference.
