[Blindmath] Do you need money for college?

Isn't it a little ironic that a scholarship application for the blind
has to be printed and mailed along with other printed documents?
Putting all of this online would make it a lot more accessible, I've
seenit done for some NBA applications.

Also, is this $12000 to $30000 or is it $3000 to $12000, just clarifying.
I am just wondering )I think this is a great program so definitely it
is not meant as an insult to the program or the NFB in any way, just
an observation).
