Sarah

Sorry, I did forget to mention that IE handles local content in a
different security zone, and that messes with MathPlayers ability to
run.
You fixed the problem already, but you can also go to advanced
settings and check allow IE to read active content on local files (or
someting very similar to that), it is towards the bottom of the list.
I know right clicking an equation in IE is supposd to copy and paste
it via MathPlayer, but I suspect this may not work with Screen Readers
and of-screen models.
I will investigate it.
Do you have embossing capabilities with either Duxbry or ViewPlus?
I am curious, if your prof sent you the Word file with the math ml,
how embossing it would come out with either of the programs.
I do not believe that MathPlayer can export to any braille output of
file, though hopefully it will be a function of future updates to it.
Please keep us updated on any experience (good or bad) with this. I
think this is very cool functionality, to enable us to read math ml
content directly, rather than wait for someone to transcribe it
manually, but this is just early days and I think we'll see this
functionality get a lot better in future.
