You may also want to look at DBT WIN.
The upcoming release of version 11.1 supports over 130 languages
including Hindi, Urdu, and a number of regional Indian languages as well.
When used in combination with the free NimPro, also from Duxbury Systems,
you have a very flexible powerful combination.
Both DBT WIN and NimPro are accessible and work with screen readers and
refreshable braille display.

Yes John, that's a good point.
I'm involved in a project for producing standard Indian Math textbooks into
MathML, Daisy, and Braille.
When we'll come to Braille, I'm thinking of BrailleBlaster instead of
directly using Liblouisxml.
I'll certainly come to you with plenty of questions.
