[Blindmath] UEB again (was Braille code urgency)

Then why are they even considering its adoption? What's the motive behind 
it? And, if no amount of reasoning will convince them to adopt NUBS instead, 
what's our plan B? I do not know much about BANA. Do they have blind 
members?
