[Blindmath] Making Mathematics Accessible

Hi all,
Has anybody stumbled across this book "Making Maths Accessible to Children with a visual impairment" by Dr Mani. If so, has anybody scanned it? Again, if so, would anybody be willing to share the soft copy with me? This would be an incredible amount of help. I have the hard copy, but can not read it.
