Software commonly known as a "computer algebra system" may be of 
interest.  I think the following two are free, open source, with 
accessible, console-mode environments on Windows:

Axiom

Maxima

http://maxima.sourceforge.net/


Derivatives and integrals are supported by both.  Maxima also has an 
accessible GUI called wxMaxima (using the cross-platform wxWidgets library).
