[Blindmath] Concise form for: fraction one over two plus three endFraction

I probably would naturally go for 1 over open x plus 3 close. I might even if speaking that put a slight pause after the "close" if there was more equation. I have said open and close, may be brackets could be used (eg. the words left and right although that might be felt to relate to arrows). Begin and end just don't seem to sit right with me.

However taking a more logical approach of considering what is said, I don't see how the concise form is more concise. In the long form there is three structure words (frac, over and end) but in the concise form there is still three words for structure (over, open and close).

But what about fractions where just one of numerator and denominator are simple expressions. So my concise rules would not apply to your example fraction 3x^2+x+9 over 8x^3+x-2 end fraction.
