[Blindmath] Accessible display format for matrices

John,

Orca does have the ability to toggle "read table rows by row" or "read 
table rows by cell" off and on... I generally leave it on read by row, 
but I find I can still then arrow through the cells in a row, on most 
aplications. I haven't tried using this on HTML pages, so can't say for 
sure if it would work the same. It is a feature I find pretty 
convenient, though. /smile/

I wonder if NVDA could add something like that?
