[Blindmath] Accessible display format for matrices

Thanks. It's been a little too long since I worked linear algebra as a 
sighted reader... I'm mostly having fun reading the discussion because 
I'm suddenly figuring out how to conceptualize matrices nonvisuallyfor 
myself. Breakthrough for me.
