James Teh created this experimental OCR, which currently only
works in English, and please download:

Copy OCR folder itself to NVDA, Explore User Config, globalPlugins.

NVDA+R will OCR the current navigator object.
Note: Please use object navigation to focus on application, window,
control/graphic, etc. and then do OCR.

Please then use
review cursor to read text and NVDA mark start/end to copy text;
or move mouse to current navigator object and click to activate control.
