[Blindmath] BANA Articles on the Evolution of Braille

The Braille Authority of North America is in the process of publishing three 
background articles on the Evolution of Braille and the future changes 
necessitated by the changes in print. The first article was published last 
May and the second one recently.  These articles seem to be laying the 
groundwork for some type of unified code.
