[Blindmath] Updated version of my SVGDraw01 SWT/SVG based drawing program

Hi Richard and all,

I have tried Richard's suggestion of running this program under a 32bit JVM
on my windows 7 64bit machine and it works. My commandline is as follows.
You will need to make appropriate substitutions.
C:\"Program Files (x86)"\Java\jre6\bin\java -jar d:\progs\java\SVGDraw01.jar

I can now do some damage!
