[Blindmath] BANA still considering abolishing the Nemeth braille code

Hello:

     I certainly hope we migrate to the NUBS system.	Trying to do math with the UEBC will be very difficult. Dr. Nemeth came up with some equasions that couldn't be written using UEBC.
