Sorry it took so long to reply.

Thank you to everyone who chimed-in so far.  

I've sent in the job-application.  There's still a week or so left before the closing date.  I feel better now having a handle on the software rather than having to say, I don't know anything about the accessibility of the software and I would need to look at it and figure it out when I got there.  Now, if it comes up in the interview, I can more confidently defend my ability to use their programs.
