[Blindmath] New BrailleBlaster installers for Windows

Hi Steve,

You shouldn't have any trouble with the installer and the program. Any 
help you can give, even just spreading the word, will be greatly 
appreciated. 

BrailleBlaster is cross-platform for Linux, Mac and Windows. We need 
more Mac programmers and users.
