[Blindmath] Survey regarding perceptions of stereotypes about blindness

I'll just poke my head above the parapet to say that this reminded me (with
fondness) of the BBC program "Does he take sugar?".  I remember hearing that
the title of the program came from an occasion where the presenter, who is
blind, was at tea and the hostess asked his companion "Does he take sugar?".
