Do you want the citations in a particular format?

Many websites which have articles have buttons for downloading the
citation of the article in certain formats. So if I am using LaTeX I
normally select the button for download bibtex citation and it gives me
a text file with the citation in bibtex format. This works well as a
LaTeX user. I know there are other systems such as refworks but I don't
know what they are like for accessibility.

Usually I have found google scholar fairly good for finding documents
and suitable citation material (not always ready for download but
accessible for copying), http://scholar.google.com
