Hello Maureen,
I have had success using bibme.com and others say that Microsoft Office 2007
has a nice bibliography tool that is JAWS compatible.

Subject: [Vision] easy bib accessible?
Has anyone found a jaws compatible website for citation templates?
Easybib.com is awesome, but last year I tried to acess with Jaws, without
success. Perhaps it was more about my jaws skills?
