[Blindmath] Problems For reading PDF Files off Mathematics

Here is a link to one of the research projects I know of, looks like 
they may have an online version of the tool, but I know nothing of how 
well it works.

Yes it is very important to be able to read papers if you are going to 
do research, or even if you want to read around the subject for other 
authors on the same topic as course material.
