[Blindmath] Way to keep mathematics and probability notes

hello dear list members,
i'm an undergraduate student under Calicut university. I have
mathematics and probability theory as complimentary subjects.i'm using
jaws to read my scanned books. but in the case of these two subjects
I've no way to do this and i'm not able to keep notes for these
subjects. please help me in this regard.
