Try MathWindows.  It contains magnetic tiles - both Nemeth and print.  APH has it.

I am a counselor hoping to assist a formerly sighted, VI student who is requesting tactile support for learning GED-level math. I am hoping for a recommendation for magnetic number/symbol kits or other resources that you would recommend.
