[Blindmath] analitical software

Hi, I'm a first year physics student at Lancaster university, and I have been told that I will need a package such as maypole that solves analytical problems. I use LaTeX in conjuction with jaws and a braille strip. Does anyone know the most accessable downloadable softwear of this kind?
I have already started learning to use m.wolframalpha although I haven't got very far so very little unlearning would be necessary.
