Hi,
SVGDraw from http://www.dickbaldwin.com. You can write SVG in notepad. For
speaking you use either the audiotac mode in SVGDraw or Iveo. Ensure that
the elements of the drawing have the title tag so that it is spoken by
Iveo. Iveo is made by ViewPlus technologies at http://www.viewplustech.com.

Subject: [Blindmath] SVG Editor
Dear All,
I was trying to figure out how to make tactile diagrams ( Read SVG ) for
the students, searched for relavant information but was not able to
specifically find a solution to the same. i could figure out that there are
a few programs available for the sighted to use but if the person is
challenged then i haven't been able to find things that i can depend upon.
hence looking for some information from the list members as there are a lot
of experts here.
kindly direct your mails in the above response considering the scenario
where 1. the person is completely challanged and the 2 where someone else
is drawing the SVG.
With Regards,
Ian Chris
