Subject: [program-l] accessible latex editor
I don't know if any of yall use Latex, but, after a considerable
search, I found an editor called TeXnicCenter, available from
www.texniccenter.org.
The developers have made some special efforts to make it accessible to
us. So if this is somethin u need, go ahead & grab it, & maybe do like
I did & send the devs a thank-you note. They appreciated it & actually
responded back that it was the first time they'd heard back regarding
its usefulness by those w/sight impairments. They also asked that if I
had any issues for me to notify them. So I think it's important for us
to let one another know about accessible tools, & for those who use
them to contact developers & let them know their efforts are
appreciated. Tryin' to do my part.
