[Blindmath] MATLAB accessibility

Adding the --nodesktop option to the matlab shortcut in Windows worked
well several years ago when I used Matlab with jaws. While --nodesktop
means you don't get things like the workspace browser to see all your
variables you don't have to deal with insuring the Java Access bridge
is working since your just running a window to type in commands rather
then the full GUI.
