In my case, I generate a graph with the software, take a screenshot
(Windows) or print to PDF (OS X) and email the resulting graph files to the
teacher.

There is the Audio Graphing Calculator which is a computer program.
American Printing House sells a graphing calculator that is the TI-84 with a
talking module.
