[Blindmath] Prepareing charts and diagrams

Dear All
As part of my project I have to prepare some bar line charts etc and
some other diagrams.
How can we prepare charts without sited help? can we do that?
How can we give shades to the graphs and notations to them?
What are the steps to prepare charts using XL and to copy it to word?
Which is more accessable jaws or nnvda?
