[Blindmath] Query

Hello,
This is a mathematics list, so programming questions are beyond the scope of this list.
I generally compile c/c++ programs on OS X or Gnu/Linux machines.
Perhaps there’s a windows version of GCC/G++ that compiles for Windows machines? You could use that from the command line in conjunction with, for example, Notepad++.
